ICONZ Otumoetai was the first organisation to use Friendly Manager - in fact, a lot of the functionality was crafted out of needs identified for this club.
Initially it was set up to manage members and registrations anytime, anywhere, whether the club was in the bush, on site, or at home.
Friendly Manager also provided an easy way for parents to sign their kids up to the club. Having a sound database of member information was vital - it needed to be accessible, but at the same time have different levels of permission so some information could remain only visible by key leaders, for privacy reasons.
Friendly Manager helped ICONZ go from a paper box, to an entirely digital system.
