Multi-line invoicing is starting to roll out, a feature many clubs have been asking for.
We’re releasing this in stages. The first stage is live today, making it easier to show fee breakdowns and combine items into a single invoice.

To support multi-line invoicing, we’ve made a change to the Fees screen.
You can now create term/season fees or one-off fees split into multiple lines, each with different GL codes for accounting purposes. This makes it clearer for members and parents to understand what they’re paying for.
Example for a term/season fee:
Instead of a lump sum class fee, you can break it down into components such as:
Example for a one-off fee:
If you’re invoicing for an upcoming competition, you can create an itemised invoice including:
When multiple items are purchased at the same time (e.g. registration + uniform), they’ll now appear on one itemised invoice instead of separate ones.
The invoice will show all purchased items in separate lines, along with any breakdowns of a term/season or one-off fee.

Affiliation fees can now be set per term instead of only annually.
Simply select the term the affiliation fee applies to, and it will only be charged once per term, even if your member attends multiple classes.
This is particularly helpful for clubs charging national body affiliation fees that are invoiced every term. And of course, when combined with multi-line invoicing, members will receive one invoice covering both the term fee and the affiliation fee.
Multi-line invoicing can be switched on in Club Settings > Financial tab > Combine fees.
We’ll continue rolling out more improvements to multi-line invoicing. If there’s something you still need, feel free to let our support team know. Your feedback helps shape what comes next.
