Holiday Programme

  1. Customize Terminology: If needed, customize the terminology for holiday programs by accessing the main club settings. Click on the cog icon, then navigate to "Terminology" and adjust the holiday program terminology as desired.
  2. Access Programs Dashboard: Click on the "Programs" tab in the left-hand menu to access the holiday programs dashboard. Here, you'll see existing holiday programs listed.
  3. Create New Program: To create a new holiday program, click on the "New Program" button at the top menu.
  4. Enter Program Details: Provide details for the new program, including its name, session fee (per session or full day), attendee limit (if applicable), age limits, program dates, and registration period.
  5. Set Session Details: Add sessions to the program, including session names, start and end times, and roles for session takers (if needed). You can add multiple sessions per day.
  6. Adjust Program Costs: Set costs for individual sessions and/or full-day participation as needed. You can customize costs based on session attendance.
  7. Manage Sessions: Review and manage individual sessions within the program. You can delete sessions if necessary.
  8. Book Attendees: As an administrator, book attendees for sessions directly from the system. You can also choose whether to email attendees their fees.
  9. Integration and Communication: Access the holiday program script tag from your club's settings under integrations. This allows you to embed the program on your website. Use the mailer function to communicate with attendees, managers, or all participants involved in the program.
  10. Track Attendance: Monitor attendance for each session, record any medical issues, and take notes as needed. Use the mailer icon to email attendees or participants directly from session screens.
  11. Apply Discounts: Optionally, assign discounts for multiple bookings by specifying the number of bookings required and applying discounts accordingly.

By following these steps, you can efficiently create, manage, and communicate holiday programs in Friendly Manager.
