Utilise Uniform & Merchandise

  1. Customize Terminology: If needed, customize the terminology for merchandise and assets. Click on the cog icon at the top right, then navigate to "Terminology." Customize the asset and merchandise terminology fields and save your changes.
  2. Create Merchandise or Assets: Navigate to the uniforms page and click on the "New Uniform" button. Provide details such as the item name, supplier information, customization options, rental or purchase availability, pricing, and stock information. Optionally, add an image for reference.
  3. Add Options: If applicable, add options such as sizes or colors for the merchandise or asset. Set purchase prices and stock numbers for each option.
  4. Assign to Teams: Select the teams for which the merchandise or asset is mandatory to purchase. Optionally, mark it as compulsory for registration. Save your settings.
  5. Manage Assignments: Assign merchandise or assets to members and clubs as needed. You can reserve items, issue them, or change their status. Keep track of assignments and manage returns.
  6. Generate Reports: Access reports to view assignments, reservations, payments, and unreturned items. Download reports as CSV files for further analysis if needed.
  7. Coach and Manager Access: Coaches and managers can access the uniforms tab in their dashboard area to manage uniforms for their teams. They can assign, issue, or return uniforms as required, and charge fees if applicable.
