- Access Mailer: Navigate to the left menu and click on "Mailer" to open a new email screen.
- Select Recipients: On the right-hand side, you'll see a list of codes representing your team or group structure. Choose the desired recipients by clicking on the corresponding code or segment.
- Customize Recipients: Add recipients by selecting specific members, staff contacts, or wait-lists within each code. You can also add previous members or newsletter subscribers.
- Compose Email: Enter the subject line and content of your email. Customize the email using various formatting options, including font size, color, alignment, and placeholders for personalization.
- Add Attachments: Include attachments by clicking on the "Add Attachment" button.
- Set Reply Settings: Choose where replies should be directed, such as to a specific club administrator, coach, or manager.
- Send Email: Once the email is ready, click "Send" at the top of the screen. Ensure all necessary placeholders are filled to avoid errors.
- View Email History: After sending, navigate to the "History" section under Mailer to view all sent emails. Check engagement levels, such as open rates and bounced emails, to assess effectiveness.
Additionally, you can access the mailer from various other sections within Friendly Manager, such as team dashboards, members reports, events, attendances, competitions, and holiday programs. Simply look for the mailer icon or option in these sections to send targeted emails.
