Retention Report

  1. Access Retention Report: Navigate to the list menu and click on the option for teams, groups, or classes. Then, select the retention report button at the bottom.
  2. View Report Overview: Upon opening the retention report page, observe the three different colored bars at the top representing the percentage of people in each group: new, transferred, and remaining.
  3. Select Group: Choose the group you want to analyze:
    a. New: Individuals who registered in the current season but were not part of the previous season.
    b. Transferred: Members who transitioned from the previous season to the current one.
    c. Remaining: Those who were in the previous season but have not registered for the current one.
  4. Review Data: View the number of people in each group and any overdue amounts if applicable. Utilize the mailer button to send targeted communication to each group.
  5. Segment Database: Use the retention report to segment your database effectively, sending personalized emails to welcome new members, invite previous members back, or encourage remaining members to re-register.
  6. Take Action: Based on the data, take proactive steps such as sending welcome emails, encouraging re-registration, or providing information about the upcoming season.
