Group/Team Allocation Tool

  1. Access Team Allocation Tool: Go to the Teams tab in the left menu and scroll down to find the Team Allocation Tool.
  2. Select Season and Teams: Choose the season you're working with and select the registration group (e.g., First Kicks Registration) as the transfer team. Then, choose the destination teams (e.g., First Kicks Playing Teams).
  3. View Player Information: Use the information icon to view details from registration fields, such as gender, to assist in making selections. You can also view player profiles for additional information.
  4. Allocate Players: Drag and drop players individually or select multiple players to move them to the appropriate playing teams.
  5. Check for Duplicates: Use the checkbox to highlight duplicates and ensure each player is allocated correctly. Remove any duplicates and place them back in the registration group if needed.
  6. Review Teams: After allocation, review the teams to see the number of complete and incomplete teams. You can filter by complete teams for easier management.
  7. Finalize Allocation: Once satisfied with the allocation, the results will reflect in the teams section. Ensure all players are correctly assigned to their playing teams.
