Coach and manager dashbaord

  1. Access Teams Tab:
    • Navigate to the Teams tab in the menu.
  2. Choose Team:
    • Select the team for which you want to set up the coach and manager dashboard.
  3. Review Current Dashboard:
    • Check the existing dashboard layout to see what information is currently available.
  4. Add Staff:
    • Click on "Add Person" to add staff members such as coaches, managers, or physiotherapists.
    • Assign appropriate positions to each staff member (e.g., coach, manager).
  5. Customize Terminology (Optional):
    • If needed, customize the terminology used for staff roles by accessing the main settings and updating the group staff terminology.
  6. Adjust System Access:
    • Edit the system access for each staff member to grant them appropriate login credentials.
    • Select "Manager" role to provide access to the coach and manager dashboard.
  7. Set Training Times:
    • Go to Settings and access the session times area.
    • Add training sessions by specifying the day, time, and venue.
  8. Generate Attendances:
    • Generate attendance records for training sessions by selecting the season and the team.
    • Optionally, set a casual attendance fee if applicable.
  9. Manage Attendance:
    • Access the coach and manager dashboard for the team.
    • View attendance records for training sessions and mark players, coaches, and managers present.
    • Note any medical issues or take additional attendance notes if needed.
  10. Utilize Additional Features:
    • Utilize features such as uniform tracking, session scheduling, and email communication available within the dashboard.
    • Customize email recipients to communicate with specific team members or staff.
  11. Ensure Privacy:
    • Ensure that staff members can only access information relevant to their roles by adjusting system access permissions accordingly.
  12. Test and Review:
    • Test the functionality of the coach and manager dashboard to ensure that all features are working correctly.
    • Review the setup to ensure that all necessary information and tools are easily accessible for coaches and managers.
  13. Provide Support:
    • Offer support and assistance to staff members as needed by providing contact information for further assistance or guidance.
  14. Continuous Improvement:
    • Continuously evaluate and improve the coach and manager dashboard based on feedback and evolving needs of the team and club.
