How to open a new term/season

  1. Access Seasons Page: Navigate to the Teams tab on the left-hand menu and click on Seasons.
  2. Select Previous Season: If your previous season isn't visible, check the Past tab to find it. Note the term used for the previous season.
  3. Create New Season: Click on the Add Season button and enter the details for the new season, such as season name and dates.
  4. Set Registration Dates: Specify the registration open and close dates, as well as any priority open email dates to remind previous members.
  5. Copy Season Fees: Go to Fees > Season Fees and select the new season. Choose to copy fees from the previous season or create new ones.
  6. Review and Edit Fees: Check the copied fees and adjust them if necessary by editing each fee item.
  7. Check Registration Form Fields: Review the registration form fields for the new season by accessing the Register Members section. Modify any fields as needed.
