- Setup Duties:
- Go to Settings and navigate to Competitions.
- Ensure duties are set up both in competition settings and division settings.
- Check that duties are correctly configured for each division.
- Access Official Scheduler:
- Navigate to Competitions and click on Official Scheduler.
- Select Division and Day:
- Choose the division (e.g., Under 14's, 20, 23 league).
- Select the day for which you want to assign duties.
- Ensure Games and Draw Are Set Up:
- Make sure games and draw are created before adding officials or duties.
- Watch a tutorial on creating draws and adding games if needed.
- Assign Officials and Duties:
- Add referees, umpires, or other officials by entering their names.
- Assign duties for each game, ensuring all roles are filled.
- Repeat this process for all games scheduled for the day.
- Finalize Assignments:
- Review and ensure all games have officials and duties assigned.
- Save the schedule once all assignments are completed.
- Manage Schedule:
- Regularly check and update the official schedule as needed.
- Make adjustments or additions to assignments as required.
