  1. Setup Duties:
    • Go to Settings and navigate to Competitions.
    • Ensure duties are set up both in competition settings and division settings.
    • Check that duties are correctly configured for each division.
  2. Access Official Scheduler:
    • Navigate to Competitions and click on Official Scheduler.
  3. Select Division and Day:
    • Choose the division (e.g., Under 14's, 20, 23 league).
    • Select the day for which you want to assign duties.
  4. Ensure Games and Draw Are Set Up:
    • Make sure games and draw are created before adding officials or duties.
    • Watch a tutorial on creating draws and adding games if needed.
  5. Assign Officials and Duties:
    • Add referees, umpires, or other officials by entering their names.
    • Assign duties for each game, ensuring all roles are filled.
    • Repeat this process for all games scheduled for the day.
  6. Finalize Assignments:
    • Review and ensure all games have officials and duties assigned.
    • Save the schedule once all assignments are completed.
  7. Manage Schedule:
    • Regularly check and update the official schedule as needed.
    • Make adjustments or additions to assignments as required.
